Congrats on booking your first class!
The following are the reminders and notifications you'll receive leading up to your booked class date and time.
1. Register Button Confirmation
You can always add the classes to the following digital calendars below. If you use another calendar, you may want to add the class to that calendar manually. |
2. You'll receive an email confirmation with the class title, date, and time
- This email confirms that you have successfully booked a seat into your class.
- You have the option to add this class as an event to your digital calendar.
- When it's time to join your class, click the "Enter" button. If you don't know where this email is, you can join from the website using the 'My Schedule' page then by clicking the orange Enter button for a class that is in session.
- If you need to CANCEL or reschedule, the word "Cancel" below the Join Us button in the email will start the process for canceling the class.
- If you DO NOT receive this email within 2 hours of your booking, please contact the Support Team.
3. 1 hour before class starts, you'll receive an email titled "Reminder: Starting in 1 Hour"
- This email has an orange "Join Us" button that you can click to join the class. The lounge will be open 30 minutes prior to the class launch.
4. For those who prefer to join a class from our website, log into your GetSetUp Profile to see your class under "My Schedule." Click the Enter button to go to the GetSetUp lounge. From there you can join the class via Zoom or view the class by staying in the lounge.
5. After class notes
After class, you'll receive an email with notes from your Guide based on your class topic and specific mentions from your class session. The email will also suggest other classes based on your interests.
