Chat or Support Quick Request Form:
Located at the bottom of every GetSetUp page, including the GetSetUp Club, you'll find a support bubble. If an agent is available and you have a quick question or need to report an urgent issue, select "Chat." We'll promptly find the right answer or article to assist you or escalate the matter.
If an agent is unavailable, choose "Support" to complete a request for assistance, and we'll respond during normal working hours, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm EST.

Our Help Center is a 24/7 resource accessible from anywhere. It features articles that can address many of your questions and highlights new website features.
Within the Help Center, find the "Submit a Request" form for a quick option. When using the form, providing additional information will assist us in answering your question or resolving the issue promptly.
