If you are unable to hear the guide in the Lounge on your iPad and do not see the volume button on the bottom left-hand side of the screen , here are two quick troubleshooting options to help.
1. At the top of your screen select the AA button, then select the 'Hide Toolbar' option. This will allow space on your screen to see the volume/unmute button. See the pictures below for examples:
2. If you are holding your iPad horizontally, please turn your iPad vertically, then tap the screen and on the bottom left-hand side you should see the speaker/unmute button, as shown below.
